A quarter dozen college buddies suffering from the quarter life crisis… decided to take some action before lifepassesby – this blog has stood witness to inaction for far too long now…
A need to socialize in new quarters, a need to gulp down a few quarters…
An aborted road trip to the hills proved to be a blessing in disguise, we decided to make the most of our bonus weekend – schedules had already been tweaked to make room for our mini vacation so there were no excuses to give – we sauntered off to start what we hope will develop into a ritual :)
Saturday evening we drove a quarter century kilometres to reach the venue of the pub quiz – we were a little lost – but went in and sat resolutely on the last available table. The drinks were cheap – so the whisky was ordered, we probably downed a quarter amongst us… So far it seemed like a fairly regular weekend – 3 lost guys sitting in a dimly lit pub and downing quarters ;)

Slightly annoyed – We took a walk to inhale some smoky air and grab some grub… while eating we decided on the spur of the moment to take a midnight drive – this time a quarter of a thousand kilometres away – to the haunted and ruined fort of Bhangarh – according to some India’s most Haunted…
A 3 am departure was delayed till 4:15 – but we were still hopeful of reaching by dawn/early morning – but the spirits – both real and paranormal decided otherwise…
